Clean room with helpful service, but missing bedding for the sofa.

The fitness centre was well appointed and
clean. Our King Room had an amazing city view and was spacious, but I found the bed a bit too firm for my preference. The restaurant's food and service were outstanding, definitely a highlight of the stay.

great location but lacking some amenities
The room was spacious and immaculate, creating a comfortable environment for our stay. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and eager to assist with our needs.
However, the lack of a complimentary breakfast was disappointing.

We loved our stay, especially the spacious room which easily accommodated my family of six and our pets! We even checked out a game at Sahlen Field, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was attentive and made our mornings enjoyable.
In my wife's opinion, the mattresses should be upgraded. sleep quality is essential for families.

Perfectly situated near historic sites and the Key Bank Center, making it easy to enjoy concerts and local attractions. Afternoon coffee and cookies offered in the lobby add a nice touch to the stay.
At $240 for a single night, it feels pricey, especially considering the $25 parking pass for a lot next door. The breakfast is an extra $15 per person without prior notice, and little inconveniences like missing soap and a rather long trek from the loading zone to the hotel after unloading luggage detracted from the experience. Additionally, the pool was out of service during our stay, and a stained mattress on the pull-out couch was quite off-putting, reducing our comfort level as a family.

Loved the spacious suite and comfy beds! Quiet atmosphere made for a peaceful night. The staff were exceptional in the snowstorm, picking us up like heroes!
The pull-out couch looked like it survived a food fight—definite no-go for my precious kiddos!

The beds? Super comfortable man like I’m talkin' best sleep I’ve had in a while and the staff? Zech and Ashley at the front desk were just outstanding they made me feel welcome as soon as we walked in
It wasn't cheap but for the comfort and service it was still worth it

it's a cozy place with a nice cafe/bar, but be cautious if you have specific room preferences; they might need a little reminder.

The room was nice and clean, but the beds were a bit worn out. I felt like the pillows could definitely use an upgrade. The overall vibe in the room seemed a little outdated, which wasn’t ideal.

I stayed at Hilton Garden in Buffalo for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our plans. just a short drive to Riverworks. My interaction with the front desk staff could have been friendlier. It took a while to get checked in, and the staff didn’t seem very engaged. Parking was convenient by a nearby garage, but the cost added up. I didn't realize breakfast wasn’t complimentary. We ended up having the buffet, which was decent but could have more options. Despite the minor inconveniences, the overall vibe was pleasant, and the room had a nice layout. Would consider returning despite some service hiccups.
